The first place in Zambia dedicated entirely to women's health physiotherapy. We are located at the Health and Wellness Centre on Kafue Road in Lilayi, Lusaka. For too long, Zambian women have carried pelvic pain, pregnancy discomfort, postnatal struggles, and chronic aches in silence. Many believed these issues were just part of being a woman. We disagree. You deserve to move freely, without pain or limitation. Our clinic is a quiet, safe space where you are heard and treated with dignity. Led by Taonga Nalungwe Kalima, a physiotherapist with nine years of experience, we blend real medical knowledge with genuine care.
